Rosalie Bellefontaine

Bellefontaine’s work in film and video has spanned two decades and established a unique link between the non-profit sector and the film industry. A graduate of Queen’s University’s Film Department, Bellefontaine brings with her a hands-on approach to video production and believes in the affordability and accessibility of video.

She produced Cheating Death (filmmaker Eric Geringas) which recieved a Gemini Nomination for Best Photography in a Documentary Program or Series for John M. Tran.

Blaine Donais

Donais has acted for the last 20 years, as co-producer, co-executive producer and sound-track artist for various films and videos produced by belladonna productions. He also has a solid career as a musician, composing, performing and recording original music for over 25 years. This includes a solo single release Cola Wars at Home and Abroad/Spirit of ’76, and CD single Garrison Creek/Falling performed by Dish.

In addition to his music career, Donais is a successful labour lawyer, negotiator and mediator. He is author of "Workplaces That Work:A Guide to Conflict Management in Union and Non-Union Environments" which outlines practical implementation of the Donais Fairness Theory. He is founder of the Workplace Fairness Institute in Toronto, Canada.
